I saw your TikTok! Can you make my sand into glass?!
Unfortunately I am unable to accept any more orders for sand pieces. My to-do list is quite long and I’ve got to get through those first. I will update my website with any new info. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I ordered a sand piece, where do I send my sand?
Please send your sand to my studio at 610 W. Town St. Columbus, Ohio 43215. Make sure to address it to me and write your order number and matching name on the outside of the box.
I sent you the sand for my order, did you get it?
You can track the status of your order on my Trello Board here! I will update the boards every few days as I go to my studio and collect the packages.
Can you make ashes into a glass piece?
While technically it is possible, unfortunately I am unable to use ashes in glass at this time. I currently work in a communal studio and in order to remain respectful of the client’s loved one and my fellow artists I have decided not to work with any ashes at this time.
I have some sea glass, can you turn that into something?
Ummmm yes and no. Regular glass is not compatible with art glass so it cannot be melted in in any way. We can use the glass in other ways like fused jewelry, stained glass, or mosaics.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes! I have added a few countries to my shipping profiles. If you would like to check rates for anywhere not included yet, just let me know! I’ll check out the rates and add it to my site.
One of my pieces arrived damaged! What do I do?
Oh no! I would be happy to remake the piece for you. Just shoot me an email and I’ll fix it. REMEMBER TO TAKE PHOTOS OF ALL SIDES OF THE BOX/PACKAGING AND KEEP THE CONTENTS AND PACKAGING. I need all of these photos and information to file a damage claim with UPS, but I cannot process a return without the claim being complete.
